We highly recommend that you book a lesson consultation with us before ordering a rental – you'll need to set up a monthly rental subscription with our Front Desk to rent with us. We don't sell new piano keyboards, but would be happy to make a recommendation for you down the line!
Not sure about renting? Our school Director Michelle wrote a blog post with more info to help you make an informed decision.

- Piano Books forBeginner Kids
- Adult Piano
Books - Royal Conservatory
of Music Books - KeyboardTheory Books
Our standard piano curriculum for kids and teens. Students aged 4-6 years and sometimes those with different abilities start out in the Primer level, whereas beginner students aged 7-17 will start out in Level 1. One book is for learning songs to play, and the other is to learn music theory as it relates to the piano keyboard.
Our school Director, Michelle, learned out of these books over 20 years ago, starting with the primer level at age 4!
You'll need these books if you're a beginner piano student aged 18 and older. They are designed for the adult learner. There’s a piano lesson book with songs as well as a corresponding theory workbook to reinforce each lesson.
Students studying in The Royal Conservatory Celebration Series will be working out of several books depending on their level: Repertoire, Études, Theory and Four Star Sight Reading & Ear Tests.
Students will learn classical pieces from throughout time in a well-rounded musical education. They may choose to pursue Royal Conservatory Examinations with the guidance of the school and their teacher if they wish, although this is not mandatory.
Learn music theory as it relates to the piano keyboard – the most simply laid-out instrument for music theory comprehension. This book is for adult learners studying in Alfred's Adult Piano Book as well as younger students in keyboard and/or voice studies who require supplementary learning tools in music theory studies. Start with Level A and work your way through.
